Chapter Meetings Committee

The Chapter Meetings Committee shall make provisions for all regular monthly chapter meetings and outings, and assist with the registration / check-in process, as needed, at other functions arranged by special chapter committees (i.e., National Public Works Week luncheon, Membership BBQ Contest / Dinner, Steak Fry Dinner, Snow Plow Rodeo luncheon, Chapter Holiday Party, other Technical Committee events, and the National Congress Chapter Dinner when it is held in Kansas City).

The Chapter Meeting Committee shall notify members and take reservations for all chapter activities and shall conduct appropriate activities to encourage attendance at APWA functions.

The Chapter Meeting Committee shall plan, schedule, and coordinate Chapter meeting programs that are of general interest to the membership.
